Bird Banding

Bird banding is a universal and indispensable technique for studying the movement, survival and behavior of birds. Eden Mill Nature Center offers several dates in the spring and fall to come and join Mark Johnson and Les Eastman as they band birds. Banding takes place at the Joe Vangrin Memorial Pavilion with intermittent walks to check the nets. The time is from 7:00am- 12:00pm.

Registration is not taken for this program. Simply park at the trail head and meet at the Joe Vagrin Memorial Pavilion. All are welcome!
