Can I register on this website?
No- Please call the office, M-F from 9:00am-2:00pm to speak to our Office Adminstrator for registration.
What does registration entail?
Our Office Adminstrator will take your information and then send a Camp Packet with forms to complete as well as details on what your child needs to bring to camp. All forms and payment are due within one week of registration.
When can I sign-up for camp?
As soon as dates are posted, registration is open unless otherwise stated.
How many children are in each camp?
20 children are accepted in each 6-8 and 9-11 camp. 15 children are accepted for the 4-5 camps. There are 2 adult leaders with each camp and potentially summer interns assisting. Register early as our camps fill up quickly.
My child is not the best swimmer, should I be concerned they won't be able to participate in the swimming at the end of the day (only applies to campers 6 and older)?
Eden Mill policy requires all campers to be in PFD's (personal flotation devices) when working near the creek. All campers are secured in PFD's that are checked by staff each day. Swimming also occurs below the dam where many campers like to build dams or catch critters in the nets along the bank.
What is your refund policy?
There is a $25 processing fee for each cancellation. Babes in the Woods is a $5 fee. Until May 1st, if you decide to cancel, we will refund your money, minus the processing fee. After May 1st, refunds, minus the processing fee, are issued only if we can fill your child’s space. This includes cancellation due to illness. Cancellations must be submitted in writing: email or letter. No phone calls.
