When programs are running, our nature center may be closed to accomodate the program participants. Eden Mill Nature Center follows the closure schedule of Harford County Government, as we are a Parks and Recreation facility. As for our programs scheduled on weekdays and weekends, if Harford County Public Schools are closed, our scheduled program for that day will be canceled.
Park Rules and Regulations:
Please remember...*No collecting of plants or animals *No bikes, horses, roller blades or skateboards *No hunting *Dogs must be on a leash at all times to preserve wildlife habitat and ensure visitor safety. Owner is responsible for cleaning up after dogHandicapped Accessible Canoe/Kayak Launch:
There is no fee to use the launch. Cars can unload in the parking lot by the launch but must park in the lower lot next to the pavilion after unloading. The parking in front of the building is for nature center and grist mill museum visitors and handicapped persons only.
